Damages & Returns
All frames are packed and shipped with care. However, we cannot guarantee that there will be no damage during transport. Frames remain a vulnerable product. In case of broken glass, we will make sure that a new glass plate is sent in a replacement frame. Should there be any damage to the frame, we will send a replacement frame. We always try to send the replacement products within one working day.
Damages have to be reported stating the order number and pictures of both the package and the damage/breakage.
Mavanti BV does not take back frames. All frames are made to order so there is no right of withdrawal.
